The building stands 33 stories high with the last two reserved for the penthouse, which is stock full of everything needed to throw lavish house parties, including: a rooftop pool, helipad, hot tub, fire pit, outside bar and grill, and a sauna. I have never played Saints row so the specific layout is not exactly the same but it is close. I had a request to create the penthouse HQ from Saints Row: The Third so here it is.
